About Us

Karl is a 1998 graduate of Hennessey High School. After graduation he spent several years doing custom hay work and farming. He has maintained a successful cattle operation since he was 15. Karl gained his Real Estate license in 2003 and followed that up with his auctioneer’s certification the same year. He became a broker and opened Vadder Real Estate and Auction in 2005.  

Along with the real estate company, Karl and his wife have owned and operated V5 Construction since 2005. Karl is highly knowledgeable in all areas of farming, construction, business, and real estate. His knowledge in these areas gives him the edge one needs to be able to best buy and sell property. 

Lacy is a 2000 graduate of Hennessey High School. She also graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program and earned her license and certification is 2004. She gained her real estate license in 2006. She became a certified dyslexia tutor in 2012, and has owned and operated Lacy’s Learning Lab since 2018. Lacy is also the primary manager of V5 Investments. 

Lacy has a great deal of knowledge of the ins and outs of managing a business. She is also knowledgeable when it comes to property values and what it takes to improve real estate. She has been involved in many flips and is helpful when it comes to budgeting. Her background in Occupational Therapy is a wonderful asset when it comes to finding properties and figuring out how to make property accessible to meet everyone’s needs. 

Karci is a high school senior. She works as our office assistant.
